     Pointy Shoes changes the axis of the big toes and squash and  numbs the others, they restrict your circulation so your feet become  cold and your more subtle energy - your Chi becomes blocked.
     Pointy shoes sap your vitality, give you corns, pinch your
 in-growing toenails; they aggravate your athlete’s feet, hammer your  toes, cause and inflame your bunions.
     Squash your toes in pointy shoes and you limit their movement and  so you limit your
full range of balance, stability and mobility.
     Limit the movement of your
